For today’s post, I wanted to share my top free fitness apps that I love to use and also some workout videos I have saved for myself.
Let’s Talk About Fitness Apps!
7 Minute Workout: Fitness App – This is one of my favorites because you can workout without having any equipment, so if you are just starting to get back into shape…. than this is it. They are short workouts and they do demonstrate the form for you as well, honestly 7 minutes daily? that is a goal right there.
Seven – The Daily Home Workout– This is also a very quick and fun way to workout, because this apps allows you to compete with friends for encouragement and support! You can also create your own workout with this app, which is awesome.
Workout for Woman : Fitness App– Very similar to all of the other apps I have mentioned above, however this one offers free programs that you can enroll to. You are also able to track your progress, which is really nice to have because you can always go back and see your workout history.
Free Online Classes
She has so many free workouts directly on her website and they are very intense! I have tried a few of them and this is my number one on my Free Online Classes!

Lululemon Home Workouts
Lululemon offers free at home workouts, they have a couple of Yoga Classes that you can take with them.
She is also a Fitness You-tuber who has many different types of workouts on her channel and she also does have programs on here site… but they are not Free. Still, her channel has so many free workouts and she usually will post the workout on the description box which is really nice ( I personally like to see the workout first, before getting into it.. hahah but that is just me!).
