I am a huge Aromatherapy lover & today’s post is going to be all about the oils!! Essential oils can be very helpful and beneficial, they are often used in aromatherapy (as a form of alternative medicine). So what are these oils? , they are basically that are compounds extracted from plants.
The way oils are made, is very important! Below are some tips to keep in mind, before purchasing. Make sure they are pure oils, they usually will name or list the plants botanical name.
Example : Lavandula officinalis (good) vs. essential oil of lavender (bad)
How do they work?
Essential oils can be Inhaled or applied to the skin. I personally love both and do have a few diffusers & rollers.

There are so many oils for different type of things and can help with your health. I will only be listing a few popular ones & my own personal favorites.
