It’s that time of the year, where we all want to have our “summer bodies” ready! Well we can probably all agree that this year 2020 has not been our friends and most of us where at home trying to stay safe for the past few months. It is now June, almost July and some locations are just starting to re-open stores, beauty salons and gyms ext. However, some of us might be on the same boat….I know many close friends & including myself, that we lost our employment during this quarantine time.
So with that being said, I wanted to do a low-budget at home gym edition!! There are some small things that we can buy and still have a very effective workout. For instance, for cardio you can honestly run around your neighborhood or go to a park and do a jog/run.. its free :P.
Toned & Strength
Okay, so where to buy from? Where to get items that will help you get toned and gain some strength on a low budget?, here are a few options down below.
Ask your local gyms for any items they no longer want
Five below? Yes. They have a whole lot of fitness selections and everything I show was purchased from five below :P, I have tested out the products and have done a few workouts with them as well. I would highly recommend them!
Series-8 Fitness selection basically has a few gym equipment that is sold by Five below, however I have seen these items in other stores such as Walmart and TJ-Max. Some of the items at five below are under $5 dollars! I was a bit worry about the equipment but once I tested them out… they are amazing! They also have so many different types of weights, but you do have to go in person in-order to purchase weights.
Gym Mats – I didn’t purchase these, but this would be something I would go back and get.

Small Space At Home?
All you need is to find a small space at home that you can use and do the most with it. For instance, I love doing barre workouts and I found this spot to be the best for me! I do have a portable barre, but when I am in rush and do not have the time to set-up my portable barre ext…. this spot is it! I have the stair case to hold onto and all of the other items are so easy to put away as well 😉
I really hope you enjoyed this post and somehow also motivated you to keep up with you fitness! Weather you are or are not on a low budget, this is a great option for everyone. All you honestly need is a few gym equipment that will get you toned and help you build up your strength.
