Do you prefer working out at home or gym? I personally prefer going to a gym or studio, but the fact that we are all home and everything is closed… well I kind of have to make it work!
Now, I also do know some people that love working-out from home due to many factors, such as having kids, money, timing or just liking solitude. And these people may already have an awesome gym set-up, which I am jealous of!, because many workout equipment right now is either out of stock or sold out everywhere.
Okay so before I get started on the items I currently have at home, below is a list of the things that I like to do and a few tips before you purchase.

My Gym At Home Equipment!
Most of my items where purchased from amazon and I am sure some of them might still be available. Either way, all of these items are listed in my Pinterest if you would like to purchase.
From all of these items, if I could only pick one to buy… it would def. be the Resistance bands! You can do so many different exercises with these and you can also travel with them. I believe it came with 5 different bands and they where : 10lbs, 15lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs and 30lbs. If you want more resistance, you can pair them up. You can grab a 30lbs & 10lbs and have a 40lbs workout :).
Fun To Have
Next on my list! I have a Matt, Ball & Mini Trampoline. You can buy the same items I have, they are all listed down below! You can incorporate any of these items into your workout or home routine, switching it up can be very fun and challenging. Who said cardio had to be boring? hahaha! But seriously, you can jump on the trampoline and create yourself a very fun cardio workout. Or if your like me and don’t have the room nor space for a treadmill, then you can think of another way to get your cardio in.
