Being overwhelmed or having a panic attack can be something that we have all struggled with at some point in our lives. Being Isolated during this pandemic could also have as feeling this way. You are not alone, we are all on the same boat!, so here is some of my helpful ideas that have worked for me :).

This is a really fun idea that you could do for yourself or even as a gift for someone who is struggling with anxiety.
Essential Oils & Diffuser
My most favorite has to be my essential oils!!! I am completely obsessed with Aromatherapy and a strong believer in them :). Essential Oils can help you alleviate stress and have an effect in your mood as well. I personally love Lavender, orange and lemon grass.
I personally like to have a room in my house where I can call it my “escape room” and it’s basically a small spot where I can go to distress or release my anxiety. Its a great Idea to have if you can and if not, its okay ( you can do all of the following actives mentioned above :)).
So, In my “escape room” I would have a couple of Indoor plants, my diffuser, candles, music and a painting section! Painting is one of the things that I like to do and it has helped me a lot.
You can also have a lot of fun decorating and making this room just right for you! We all may have different types of activities that we like to do. Here are mine!!!
